CHT manages 38 scattered-site homes within our Land Trust, several of which have been successfully resold to second- and third-generation income-eligible buyers. Our Land Trust value exceeds $6 Million, and with two decades of experience, we have developed a proven model for responsible stewardship - ensuring our homeowners remain financially stable and our homes are consistently well-maintained.
We are now embarking on our first CHT "community", to be developed on 18-acres in Englewood. This will be a premier project that includes homes for purchase as well as rental units, with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes, in response the current market for the hardworking residents of Sarasota County.
